How do we build you the correct golf swing? By giving you a simple but clear understanding of how the golf swing works and providing you with simple exercises that form a set practice routine and have produced real results for real golfers.

If there are many thousands of swings, what do we need to practice to improve?

If there is only one correct swing, there can only be one practice routine.

Our training system will enable you to achieve the same feeling as the top players. The exercise routines train the muscles very quickly and you will understand how the golf swing works and how energy is transferred to the club head as speed. Your swing will be transformed into effortless power, not powerless effort.

Pre-Swing Fundamentals
The correct set-up is the vital framework for the correct golf swing and allows you to hit the ball consistently to your full potential. The set-up includes:

- Posture
- Balance
- Setting the control area
- Grip
- Alignment


Swing Fundamentals
There are three fundamental components

Two energy-producing movements
- The Body Turn (1st gear)
- The Wrist Hinge (2nd gear)

And the Control Area or Connection, the long narrow triangle formed between the arms and shoulders
